Wedding Planner / Wedding Organizer List

Ever since I started planning my trip to India for my brother-in-law's wedding, I've been revisiting my own wedding albums, photos, and memories of those wonderful moments.  And how I was involved in planning my wedding with my family, the menu, the stage decor, the invitation card and message, and many other things.  Mostly for the final selection based on my preferences; the relatives did the actual hunting for shops, services, and sources.  And then, while looking through my "Nisha's Marriage" folder, I came across this file I had created so that I could keep track of everything because I am a very organized person (mostly :P).  More of a perfectionist, Alok says.  But it's not just me - we all need everything perfect for the biggest event and most special day of our life.

If you give your 'wedding project' to a wedding planner, then you can be very relaxed as they will walk you out and work on the whole process from the start till the end.  However, if your family is managing the wedding on their own, then you probably need an organized list and a checklist to keep everything on track.

I created this wedding planning list so that not just me, but everyone from my family would be able see who to contact, the progress, and have one database that could be accessed by each of us so that there would be less confusion and more work done.  Here you go.

I'm sharing this wedding preparations list for those planning their wedding, are like me and need a list/checklist.  Since I made this file for my wedding, the events and tasks may be different for other Indian weddings and will surely be different for Non-Indian weddings.  But you can customize it using the Word doc.
